Another Moving Day,
yuck. All the old fears are weighing
heavy on Ketter's mind.
Will the new dogs like me, will I find good
trees, will everything smell right? Why does life sometimes seem so hard and
unfair. How will I get through this...what if they don't like me for who I
am? |
| What if the new
dogs are mean or clingy? What if they are all stuck up, yappy and not fun to play
with? What if they are way too young for me? Well, they had to come from
somewhere...maybe I'll get along with their parents. |

Oh Brother, its a
dogs life for sure. |
| Maybe I should do
myself up? You know, like buy some fancy dog leashes, a great big dog house
and special stinky dog shampoos. Yeah, I'll go to the Veterinarian and get a
whole bunch of really high class flea medication, dog brushes and I'll send
our puppies to the best boarding schools. One day even the AKC* will
nominate me "most like be your best friend".

Maybe there will be
a really big Oak tree like there was in Youngstown Ohio or a fancy schmancy
Redwood tree like there was in Santa Cruz California. I bet it will be okay.
I bet the puppies will like it and that there will be good trainers in their
schools too. Sigh... |
| Well tomorrow is
the big day, you'll excuse me but I'd better get some sleep or I'll never be
able to lift my entire bone collection. |
