Tax, Fax and Relax
A Dogs are People too Production
Some of these wonderful, original drawings are on mugs,  tee shirts, mouse pads etc., available here.
Every year the same thing happens. W-2's, tax-related information and W-9's start arriving in the mail.

Normally my taxes are not very confusing.

So there is no cause for concern. I fill in a few confusing forms and I stick them in the mail. Then I sit back and wonder if I did it right...

and panic because I've
already sent them off to the IRS.

2004 proved to be the exception.

This is my very first tax season when the 1040 and 1040EZ just ain't gonna cut it.

Reluctantly, I began wading through the pile of preparatory paper work:
I began listing all advertising, including phone book, taxis, buss, travel expenses related to net business equipment any my purchases: with the dates of purchase and total costs. Separately....

Day after day the dogs became more-and-more bored and I started harboring a resentment...

What if I do all this complicated
work and I still get it wrong?

Taxes were getting the best of me. Taxes were ruining my life.

It was either the taxes or me...and I like me more. Good Grief.

Finally, I decided to seek help. I'm not rich but I started thinking that the benefits of feeling safe out-weighed the cost.

My tax issues were easily and creatively solved.

The dogs are happy,
I'm happy and I'm moving on in my life.

Thanks for stopping by.

Nice! Take me to more stories like this one.
