When you land let us know you have arrived (310) 721-1464, this gives us time to get closer to you. Proceed through customs and luggage as needed and exit via the closest door. Tell us the door number. Note you do not have to go to the Uber lot we will pick you up from that exit please do not cross the street no matter what all of the signs say pedestrian should do. Take your time, I won’t go anywhere without you.
We will arrive at your house approximately 5 to 10 minutes before your ride if we anticipate being late for any reason we will attempt to text or call you before we get out of range please let us know if you have a gate code or a property people sometimes tell you “is hard to find.”
Arriving time is an estimate included to give you an idea of what time you should reserve your ride. Doon Dash is not responsible for any ride missed due to traffic jams.
I do not have a bike rack however if the front wheel of your bike comes off it will fit in my backseat.
Our cars are equipped with bi-directional cameras. The purpose of these cameras is to capture traffic infractions. You are never being recorded inside the car. Ask us, we will show you how it works.
All cancellations 24 hours or more before your ride will be fully refunded. Other cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion.
The shuttle fee is the same regardless how many passengers are riding along. Cars in the fleet can accommodate up to four passengers. Each passenger must have their own safety belt. No exceptions.
We do not supply a car seat or booster for your child. If you want to bring your own, but don’t want to take it on your trip I offer a home drop off service for an extra $10. Children requiring a car seat will not be allowed in the vehicle without one.
Our cars have chargers for both Android and iPhone and electrical outlets for computers.
We have an unlimited cleaning service we use between rides. Masks and organic sanitizer are available in the car.
Acceptable currencies: credit card, cash (request an ATM stop if needed), PayPal or Zelle. No foreign currency please.
Doon Dash does best collective and private deliveries. The cost of collective deliveries is $20 per delivery. The cost of private deliveries is $30 an hour with a two hour minimum.
Everybody is welcome. Please let us know if you have any special instructions and contact us if you are concerned about your wheelchair fitting in our cars. Here are some measurements: With the rear seats in use, the Prius has 34.3 cubic feet of cargo space, but that goes up to 40.2 when you slide the seats forward. Fold them down, and you'll have 67.3 cubic feet of space. Both the rear seats and the passenger seat fold flat, allowing longer objects to fit easily inside.
We will pick you up at your house or deliver you to your house or any other place you wish to go. You are welcome to fill the car with your own passengers (up to 4) But we do not have a ride sharing service or any form of daily schedule a pick up and drop off services like a bus company.
All errors will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Fares include up to four passengers.
We are happy to stop along the way for you for food drinks or groceries. It is part of our service. we are also happy to pick something up for you and have it waiting for you upon arrival. Please set it up beforehand.

We like all types of music let us know your favorite and will be happy to find it for you or plug you into our Bluetooth or aux cables.
  • Accepted payment methods
    Doon Dash works with major credit cards (like American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), debit cards tied to checking accounts, and prepaid cards. Passengers may also use PayPal (for iOS and Android users), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our payments are processed by PayPal.
  • When to pay
    After or before the ride? The charge on your credit card is placed after the ride is complete. So the answer is ,”After.” (One small caveat: prior to the ride, Doon Dash may place a temporary authorization hold on your credit card.
Up to one pet a ride is welcome in a carrier if you need special considerations please make arrangements with us beforehand. Carriers can be returned home for a $10 fee.
You can always go back into the site and print a receipt or request one from us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
You are more than welcome to request stops on the ride home. We realize that the last thing that you want to do after a long trip is have to go back into town after we take you home. Just let us know what you need.
Tips are very much appreciated and always optional.
We do everything in our power to get to you on time. Occasionally bad things happen. While we are not responsible for traffic jams, unforeseen delays on the way or acts of God if we do something that is clearly our fault and inconveniences you for example (forgetting to pick you up at the airport) we will cover your expenses getting home.
If you forgot something in the car it can be returned home for a $10 fee or mailed to you at our hourly rate $30 Plus shipping note we have a two hour minimum.
If the weather is bad the day of your trip we will adjust the time accordingly.
Please sit wherever you’re comfortable. Sitting in the front seat is fine especially if you feel like chatting.
